Great product

I have had my Ring camera for a couple of months now. It has been great for keeping an eye on who comes and goes. As well as any deliveries that are left. I currently am using a no drill mount and wedge mount. Both were very easy to install. The camera quality is great. It has held up great through heavy wind and snow storms.

Easy to maintain.

We have used the peep hole doorbell camera for years. It was frustrating because there was a small film strip type attachment on the inside that would break easily. We live in an apartment and move every 3-5 years or so. We needed something that wouldn’t break every time we reinstalled it. This new ring doorbell is awesome and perfect for our ever changing address.

Was debating between the basic version vs plus and super glad that we got the plus version.

Love how we can answer the doorbell even when we are not at home. We had a special delivery and we weren’t at home for the delivery, but with this doorbell, I was able to provide instructions to the delivery driver and received our item with no issue.

The video quality is good (day and night vision).

We were getting motion detection notifications for our neighbor, but there is a setting that allows you to adjust the area that you want to monitor and that solved the unnecessary notifications.

App is super easily to use. You can have the same account on multiple devices, so me and my husband both have the app and can monitor from different devices.

There is a feature for SOS - you can request police/fire/medical help through the click of a button on the app.

If you don’t own one, get one for your household.
