Good bang for your buck!
I have an indoor/outdoor area I built for my dogs. I already have a camera for outside that I can check on them with/see what they’re barking at. I thought it would be nice to have one inside as well since that’s where they’re mostly at anyways. For what I was looking for, I felt the price was good. It has decent video and sound quality. I keep motion alerts turned off but detection turned on. It picks up on all their little activities during the day so I can always see who the culprit of decapitated toys was, not that it really matters! Super easy to set up in the app and install on the wall. I recommend overall!

Perfect for checking on pets while away
Love these indoor Ring cameras! They were incredibly easy to set up and use. I bought them so I could check on my dogs while I’m away, and they work perfectly. Great picture quality and peace of mind.

Discreet, Reliable Eyes for Home or Small Business
The Ring Indoor Cam is the perfect plug-in camera for anyone wanting affordable, no-fuss indoor monitoring—whether it’s keeping an eye on the living room, kids, pets, or a small office/retail space. 1080p video, color night vision, two-way talk, and motion alerts make it a solid security upgrade without overcomplicating things.
Pros:
• Crystal-clear 1080p HD video with color night vision — Great detail day or night, even in low light
• Super easy setup — Plug in, scan QR code in the Ring app, and you’re live in minutes; mounts anywhere with included stand or wall bracket
• Privacy features built-in — Manual privacy cover slides over the lens when you want total blackout (perfect for bedrooms or offices)
• Smart motion detection & two-way audio — Instant phone alerts, customizable zones, and you can talk through the camera (handy for “package left at door” or scaring off intruders)
• Works great for home or business — Compact size blends in anywhere; integrates seamlessly with other Ring devices/Alexa
Cons:
• Plug-in only — Needs a nearby outlet (no battery option), so plan your placement
• Full features require subscription — Live view is free, but recording, person detection, and video history need Ring Protect plan
• Field of view is 143° diagonal — Wide enough for most rooms, but very large/open spaces might need multiple cams
If you’re adding indoor coverage to a Ring ecosystem or just starting with simple home/business security, this Indoor Cam delivers excellent bang-for-buck performance. Reliable, user-friendly, and effective—highly recommended, 5 stars!

If this is your first Ring Cam, this will be useful to you
I have been using the Ring Indoor camera for 9 months and it continues to work very well. The installation was easy and the video quality is clear, even at night. I like being able to talk and listen through the two-way audio, and the integrated alarm alerts me to any suspicious movement. It’s important to know that to automatically save motion videos, you need the paid Ring plan, and the default storage is 60 days, although it can be adjusted in the app. You also need to set the motion zones properly, as it doesn’t always detect everything on the first try. Overall, it provides security and control from the phone, ideal for home or small businesses. A purchase that is truly worth it.

Great joke Security Camera, good viewing.
It works. The Camera Quality is excellent. You get a panoramic view. I don't think it works at night but I haven't tried that feature yet if it's there. Huge value for the money. I thought I would have to pay an arm and a leg to get this type of camera. It records your voice if you want to contact someone from the camera. You have the use of the camera for free for a certain time and then there's a small monthly fee. Less than five cups of coffee. The sound quality is good.
The only problem is that the connection between the camera and the USB cable can cut off viewing. The cable has to be in a vicinity where it is not touching anything or underneath anything.
You have all the privacy you want. We're not used to just close the cover and the camera is no longer working. When in use you uncover the cover and the camera starts to work.
You can share some monumental videos by email. The videos come directly from the camera. I don't think you can download them.
